Role Description This is a contract role for an EngageOne Developer, located on-site in Cincinnati, OH. The EngageOne Developer will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying customer communication solutions using the EngageOne platform. Responsibilities include creating interactive templates, customizing workflows, troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with teams to optimize system functionality, and ensuring timely project delivery while adhering to best practices and standards. Job Role: EngageOne Developer Location: Remote Duration: 6 Months GBaMS ReqID: 10398375 Qualifications • Proficiency in EngageOne or equivalent CCM platforms and experience in template design and development • Strong understanding of programming languages and tools such as Java, .NET, XML, and JavaScript • Knowledge of customer communication workflows and document template customization • Experience with integration of EngageOne or CCM platforms with other systems • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting abilities • Effective collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus • Previous experience with data-driven document design and development is advantageous
