Hiring: Golang Engineer | Phoenix, AZ | Hybrid Onsite We’re looking for a talented Golang Engineer with strong backend development expertise to join a modern Loyalty & Benefits platform team building scalable microservices-based solutions using Golang, Kafka, and cloud-native technologies. Location: Phoenix, AZ Work Schedule: Monday – Thursday Onsite | Friday Work From Home Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of Extension) Work Authorization: USC & GC Candidates Only Key Responsibilities & Skills: • Strong hands-on experience in Golang backend development • Experience designing and developing microservices-based applications • Expertise in REST APIs, distributed systems, and asynchronous messaging • Hands-on experience with Kafka and/or RabbitMQ • Strong experience with PostgreSQL and database-driven application development • Experience with Docker, Git, gRPC, and GraphQL • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams across large-scale platforms • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and delivering features through sprint-based development • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation practices • Familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, JIRA, Rally, and related DevOps ecosystems • Experience supporting continuous integration, deployment, and testing (CI/CD/CT) What We’re Looking For: A highly motivated Golang Engineer who can build scalable backend services, contribute to modern microservices architectures, and collaborate effectively with engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience) • Strong understanding of unit, integration, and regression testing practices • Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills • Passion for learning new technologies and driving continuous improvement Interested?
