This role focuses on customer communication generation, not just document creation. The candidate has deep, hands-on experience using the Quadient Inspire platform to generate and orchestrate multi-channel customer communications, including documents, emails, reports, and other outbound customer-facing outputs. This role supports high-volume, enterprise communications and requires experience delivering compliant, accessible, and production-grade outputs across multiple formats. This is a senior engineering role, not a template-only or design-focused position. Skills/Experience: Key Responsibilities β€’ Architect, design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale customer communication solutions using the Quadient Inspire platform β€’ Build and support multi-channel customer communications, including: β€’ Printed and digital documents β€’ Customer emails β€’ Reports and other system-generated outputs β€’ Generate and support outputs in multiple industry-standard formats, including: PDF and AFP β€’ Ensure all customer communications meet ADA accessibility and compliance requirements β€’ Implement data-driven, reusable communication components using Quadient Inspire modules: β€’ Inspire Designer β€’ Inspire Automation / Scalar β€’ Inspire Interactive β€’ Content Manager β€’ Approve Workflow β€’ Integrate Quadient Inspire with upstream and downstream systems using REST and SOAP APIs β€’ Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define communication requirements, delivery channels, and compliance needs β€’ Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to data, formatting, rendering, accessibility, and performance β€’ Ensure customer communications comply with security, audit, regulatory, and quality standards β€’ Participate in SDLC activities including design reviews, testing, releases, and documentation Required Skills: Required Qualifications (Must Have) Recruiting agencies should not submit candidates who do not meet ALL of the following: Quadient Inspire Certifications in the following modules: o Inspire Designer o Inspire Scalar o Inspire Interactive β€’ 5+ years of professional IT or software engineering experience β€’ 3+ years of hands-on Quadient Inspire experience in a production enterprise environment β€’ Proven experience building end-to-end document generation solutions, not just templates β€’ Strong understanding of data-driven document composition β€’ Solid programming experience in one or more of the following: Groovy Script, Java Script, Python. β€’ Experience working within enterprise IT environments with formal SDLC, QA, and release processes Required Education β€’ Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field β€’ Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered only if Quadient Inspire expertise is strong Desired Skills: Preferred / Strongly Desired Qualifications β€’ Experience supporting high-volume, customer-facing communications β€’ Experience with Customer Communications Management (CCM) platforms in regulated industries (insurance, healthcare, financial services) β€’ Experience with API-based integrations (REST and SOAP) β€’ Experience ensuring accessibility and compliance of customer communications (ADA, WCAG) β€’ Experience supporting multi-channel output strategies (print, email, digital delivery) β€’ SQL skills with experience querying and validating data from relational databases β€’ Experience participating in platform modernization or SaaS/cloud migration initiatives Thanks & Regards Mohammed Samiuddin Phone: +1 669.369.5556 Email: msami@tranzeal.com Tranzeal Incorporated 2107 N. 1st Street.
