This role will involve hands-on design, configuration, migration, administration, and support of the TWS platform, particularly in AWS environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in TWS (Tivoli Workload Scheduler), TDWC, MDM/Backup MDM, Job Scheduling Console (JSC), WebSphere, UNIX, shell scripting, DB2, AWS, ServiceNow, ITIL, and Tivoli administration, and a passion for automated workload management and system integration in enterprise environments. Job Title: Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) Engineer Location: Minneapolis, MN (On-site) Duration: 6 months Rate/Salary: $45/hr. on W2 Job Description: • Hands-on experience in design and configuration of the TWS platform • Build and maintain IWS Platform with high availability in AWS • Build and maintain Dynamic Workload Console • Maintain & support DR and Swing in AWS • Migration of TWS to AWS • Assess the current state architecture of TWS installation in AWS • Migrate platform from AIX to Linux • Establish appropriate DR strategy in AWS • Install TWS in AWS • Perform DB2 migration • Manage TWS platform support including L1/L2 support resources • Advanced administration including designing solutions, performance tuning, building test cases, configuration, and customization • Expert in all phases of scheduling and support • Stay updated on current Tivoli products and patch releases • Make upgrade and patch level recommendations to management • Perform advanced TWS network administration (installations, upgrades, patches, automation, LDAP, etc.) • Troubleshoot and resolve issues beyond the scope of support teams • Provide on-call support for Tech Batch Scheduling Tivoli • Provide platform administration support including vendor coordination for upgrades/security patches • Manage scheduling objects, configure alerts, manage account IDs for job execution • Calendar configuration and deploying agents into workload servers • Support BCP/DR Why Join Us? • Trilyon, Inc., offers a comprehensive benefits package. • Opportunities for growth and professional development. • Collaborative and inclusive company culture Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement: Trilyon, Inc., is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
