macOS Endpoint Engineer (Workspace ONE) | Atlanta, GA | Hybrid We’re looking for a macOS Endpoint Engineer to support an enterprise macOS environment for a time‑sensitive contract role. This position is ideal for a hands‑on engineer with deep experience managing macOS devices at scale using Workspace ONE UEM, strong automation skills, and the ability to handle advanced troubleshooting while ensuring security and compliance. What You’ll Do: • Manage and support an enterprise fleet of macOS devices using Workspace ONE UEM • Design, deploy, and maintain macOS configurations, policies, applications, and system environments • Package and deploy applications, scripts, and security updates (pkg, dmg) • Build and enhance automated enrollment workflows (DEP / Automated Device Enrollment) • Monitor macOS patching, OS updates, and device health at scale • Ensure endpoint compliance with cybersecurity, patching, and updating standards • Provide L3-level troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue remediation • Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and improve endpoint management processes • Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles • Deliver post‑deployment and end‑user support to ensure seamless user experience What You Bring: • 5+ years of experience managing macOS devices in enterprise environments • 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Workspace ONE (macOS-focused) • Strong understanding of macOS MDM concepts, including DEP, configuration profiles, and app deployment • Proficiency in bash scripting for Automation and device management • Experience with patching, OS updates, and security compliance • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills • Excellent communication and documentation abilities • Ability to work onsite at the Atlanta Support Center as needed 📍Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) 💵Salary: $65 - $67/hr If you have an interest in the Hybrid– macOS Endpoint Engineer, please apply now!
