Job Title: PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 General Ledger Business Analyst (Systems Analyst 3) Location: Remote (Candidates must be within the United States) Duration: 1 Month contract Extension: Possible (up to 3 years renewals) Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 General Ledger Business Analyst to support financial system upgrades and new module implementations ,The role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, support system enhancements, and ensure smooth execution of testing and deployment activities. Responsibilities: • Analyze business requirements and financial processes • Collaborate with SMEs to gather and document system requirements • Support PeopleSoft FSCM upgrades and new module implementations • Develop BRDs, functional specs, and test scripts • Perform end-to-end testing and UAT support • Assist in multiple test cycles • Prepare training materials • Conduct stakeholder meetings and presentations • Perform dual-system reconciliation Required Skills: • 8+ years of Business Analyst experience • Strong PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 (GL & Commitment Accounting) • Implementation / upgrade project experience • State government accounting experience • Strong documentation & communication • Testing & UAT experience • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) Preferred Skills: • CAPPS Financials (Texas) • Agile/Scrum, Jira • SharePoint • Microsoft Teams • Phire At Radiant Digital, we provide IT solutions and consulting services to help government agencies and businesses in the USA, Canada, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
