• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ERP environments.
• Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and data flows.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Visio (or similar tools).
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with SQL or data analysis tools (preferred but not required).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP, SAP ERP, or other enterprise applications preferred.
