Responsibilities:
β’ Responsible for benefits research and implementation
β’ Managing scheduling conflicts
β’ Initiating and managing background checks
β’ Drafting and delivering hiring offer letters to selected candidates
β’ Employee Relations and vendor management
β’ Maintain employee attendance records and vacation time
β’ Maintain HR Systems
β’ Manage HRβs vendor bills and ensure the accuracy.
β’ Conduct the employee documents filing and perform data validation
Qualifications:
β’ 0-1 years previous experience in Human Resources
β’ Internships are a plus
β’ Strong data skills is essential
β’ Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus
β’ Bachelor's Degree
β’ Degree in Human Resources or related is a plus
