We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Entry-Level Risk Analyst to join our Risk Management team. In this role, you will support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks that could impact the organization’s operations, reputation, or financial performance. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in risk analysis and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying and evaluating potential risks across business units. Collect and analyze data to support risk assessments and reporting. Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and escalate issues as needed. Support the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies. Prepare risk reports and presentations for internal stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure risk awareness and compliance. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High attention to detail and organizational skills.
