Essential Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Transportation, Supply Chain, or Operations discipline. • Strong mathematics, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills. • Strong analytical abilities with high proficiency in creating and managing advanced models using SQL. • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions for modeling and data analysis. • Prior analyst work background or an analytical focus in higher education. • Conceptual understanding of systems and configuration management. • Experience working with end-to-end supply chain processes. • Ability to deep dive into complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective mitigation plans. • Ability to drive execution and results by partnering with cross-functional teams. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools for communication, analysis, and reporting. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail. • Demonstrated sound judgment and a proactive, self-starting approach to work. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience in transport, logistics, operations management, and inventory management. • Experience contributing to or working with KPIs and SLAs related to on-time delivery and site health readiness. • Interest or experience in robotics or technology-driven supply chain environments. • Enthusiasm for participating in the design phase of next-generation ERP or similar large-scale systems. • Ability to design and document processes clearly for training and operational use. • Demonstrated ability to support and foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture. • Strong ownership mindset aligned with principles of diving deep into data and issues.
