Overview Our Healthcare client is currently in the early stages of identifying qualified candidates for an upcoming Epic Beaker Reporting Analyst position. This is a contract-only opportunity (not contract-to-hire), with an estimated duration of 6 months. While the role is still being finalized, we are proactively gathering resumes for top-tier candidates in preparation for formal hiring. This opportunity comes with quick feedback from the hiring manager, and we are targeting professionals with Epic Beaker and ideally Epic Cogito certifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in Epic Clinical/Cogito reporting and demonstrate strong capabilities in data modeling and Power BI reporting. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop reports and dashboards using Epic Beaker data. • Leverage the Epic Clinical data model to support lab and clinical reporting needs. • Collaborate with clinical stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable reporting deliverables. • Use Power BI to create insightful and user-friendly reports for operational and clinical decision-making. Required Qualifications • Epic Beaker certification • Epic Cogito certification • Demonstrated experience with the Epic Clinical data model. • Strong hands-on skills in Power BI for data visualization and reporting. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
