Job Title EPIC Clarity Caboodle Data Warehouse Developer / Analyst (EPIC Certified) Location Remote (Anywhere in US) Duration Contract Job Summary We are seeking an EPIC-certified Clarity Caboodle Data Warehouse professional to support enterprise healthcare analytics and reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with EPIC Clarity, Caboodle data models, ETL processes, and healthcare reporting environments, along with hands-on SQL and data warehousing expertise. The consultant will work with analytics, reporting, and clinical/business stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain EPIC data warehouse solutions. Required Qualifications • Active EPIC Certification in Clarity and/or Caboodle (required) • 5+ years of experience working with: • EPIC Clarity database • Caboodle data warehouse • Healthcare reporting and analytics • Strong SQL development skills • Experience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling • Experience supporting healthcare analytics/reporting teams • Ability to work with business stakeholders and reporting teams Technical Skills • EPIC Clarity • EPIC Caboodle • SQL Server / T-SQL • ETL development and data validation • Data warehouse design • Reporting data structures Preferred: • SSIS or similar ETL tools • Power BI / Tableau / reporting tools • Healthcare domain experience • Experience working in large enterprise environments Responsibilities • Develop and maintain Clarity and Caboodle data structures • Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes • Build and optimize SQL queries for reporting and analytics • Ensure data quality and integrity across warehouse environments • Collaborate with EPIC application teams and reporting teams • Support production issues and enhancements • Document data models, ETL logic, and reporting structures Nice-to-Have • Experience with EPIC reporting tools • Performance tuning experience • Prior experience supporting Quest Diagnostics or large healthcare systems • Experience working with offshore/onshore delivery teams
