Job Description:
Position: Epic Reporting Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: Through the end of the year (potential to extend)
Visa: Open to all valid work-authorized candidates (No sponsorship provided)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Epic Reporting Analyst with strong SQL expertise and Epic certification to support reporting initiatives and resolve a backlog of requests. The ideal consultant will have hands-on experience in Epic Clarity and/or Caboodle, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Work through a backlog of Epic reporting tickets and route requests as needed.
β’ Develop, write, and optimize complex SQL queries (joins, cross joins, subqueries).
β’ Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Epic Clarity/Caboodle.
β’ Collaborate with clinical and revenue cycle teams to meet reporting needs.
β’ Build and validate bench reports within Epic when required.
β’ Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with system standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
β’ Epic Certification β Clinical preferred (Revenue Cycle certification also acceptable).
β’ Strong SQL proficiency (writing queries, joins, cross joins, etc.).
β’ Hands-on experience with Epic Clarity and/or Caboodle.
β’ Experience in report development, data analysis, and troubleshooting within Epic environments.
β’ Strong communication and attention to detail.
β’ Available to start immediately (ideal for consultants currently on a gap).
Preferred Skills
β’ Prior experience working with clinical or revenue cycle data models in Epic.
β’ Background in healthcare data analytics or reporting.
β’ Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
