Title: EPIC Reporting Analyst Location: Remote (EST) Pay Range: 52-68/hr MUST HAVES β€’ 5+ years of experience working in healthcare industry specifically using EPIC reporting tools β€’ Strong experience within EPIC Clarity database, with skills across RWB, Radar Dashboards, Slicer Dicer, and Data Courier as well β€’ Knowledgeable of finance/revenue cycle frameworks within a healthcare organization and collaboration experience with finance teams β€’ Strong technical skillset blend across SQL, Python, and hands-on ETL tool β€’ Public cloud experience NICE TO HAVES β€’ GCP migration experience β€’ EPIC certification(s) β€’ Master's degree in Business, IT, or HealthCare Administration DAY-TO-DAY β€’ Collaborate with business units, process owners, and fellow report developers to analyze and build solutions to cost-curtailment efforts from finance area through EPIC platform data β€’ Deploy interactive dashboards and reports to create internal network of clinical data stories β€’ Align business units' data request requirements with complete catalog of analytics tools to translate data into digestible intelligence to drive business decisions β€’ Communicate directly with finance/CFO level leadership to share data-driven suggestions and solutions to business-wide cost saving efforts
