Role description
Responsibilities A Kforce client is looking for a EPM Developer in the Miami, Bentonville, or Dallas area. Responsibilities: β€’ Manage and Support Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Applications β€’ Develops individual modules and functions as identified through technical design β€’ Develops conversion and implementation plans and ensures successful implementation of EPM system changes, monitoring changes for increased efficiency β€’ Executes unit, performance, acceptance tests to solutions to ensure they meet quality standards β€’ Prepare and present updates and other presentation materials to internal teams, client teams and executive leadership β€’ Administer Hyperion Planning Applications Monthly/Quarterly close process β€’ Designs EPBCS web forms, business rules and financial reports β€’ Advise clients on best practices in planning, budgeting, and forecasting β€’ Understands and translates a client's business, informational and process needs into solid Hyperion EPMsolutions β€’ Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) β€’ Provide assistance and uses troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and -how-to- assistance in various PBCS enhancements β€’ Identify and implement process improvements to support more efficient financial analysis β€’ Works with Solution Architects and Project Owners to define right solution for the problems Requirements β€’ Around 6 years of experience with business processes around and implementing the following Oracle Cloud modules: Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS), Hyperion Planning or Essbase β€’ End-to-end lifecycle development and implementation experience including requirements gathering, configuration, design, build, test, and go-live phases β€’ Have experience with any of the other EPM Cloud modules (Narrative Reporting, EDMCS, PCMCS) β€’ Strong technical background with hands-on experience in application build using PBCS/EPBCS; Integrations with data management to build metadata and data loads; Security setup, and report writing β€’ Extensive experience in developing the calculation scripts and groovy scripts β€’ Experience creating EPM Automate scripts, building REST API scripts β€’ Ability to leverage best practices from previous architecture and implementation experience and work on constant support and continuous improvement skills in Hyperion application environment β€’ Strong functional knowledge around financial systems, processes, and financial reporting practices β€’ Ability to advise users on best practices in planning, budgeting, and forecasting β€’ Ability to prepare and present updates and other presentation materials to internal teams, client teams and executive leadership β€’ Skilled in administration of current state EPBCS environment in support of rolling budget/forecast models β€’ Able to provide end-user training, report writing and application support β€’ High level of competency with reporting, ETL, and SQL queries, preferably in Narrative Reporting, Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio and Hyperion Essbase running on Oracle 9i/10g/11i and SQL Server β€’ Experience developing in waterfall, hybrid, or agile environment β€’ Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts β€’ Knowledge of IBM Showcase Warehouse Builder Sets, FDMEE and DRM Oracle tools The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
