Senior Device Management Engineer - Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM)
In this role, you will be part of the engineering team within Device Management group, responsible for the ongoing configuration, management, and operational support of the CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) solution, which is currently running in production. The deployment is being executed in a phased approach, and we are currently in Phase 2 of a 4-phase rollout.
This role plays a vital part in shaping and evolving the EPM configuration by leveraging your expertise to proactively enhance policies and rule sets. You will also provide training and support to Tier 1 approvers. In addition, you will be responsible for reviewing and implementing configuration requests from business units and security teams. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a secure and seamless employee experience across all devices.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Deploy, configure and support CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Management solution on end user compute managed device fleet.
β’ Plan for and execute on ongoing configurations and upgrades to the Endpoint Privilege Management solution.
β’ Support ongoing requests to configuration changes to allow application elevation based on customer requirements and security recommendation.
β’ Track and report metrics related to operations and deployment including key performance indicators as determined with stakeholders.
β’ Collaborate with security, engineers and other IT support groups through proposal and delivery of a deployment.
β’ Work on reviews of the configurations as approved in the solution for audit purposes with endpoint security engineers, business units and device engineers as needed.
β’ Leverage device management services such as Microsoft Intune and JAMF to deploy applications using security groups, deployment collections or smart/static groups.
β’ Use Wolken and JIRA to track work related tasks from start to end.
β’ Work closely with the Device Management engineers daily providing feedback on testing results, troubleshooting and any escalations that may need more engineering efforts or additional support.
β’ Participate in agile project methodology the ensure delivery of team and individual project tasks
Qualifications:
β’ Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MacOS
β’ Working knowledge of an Endpoint Privilege Management solutions
β’ Minimum 2-3 yearsβ experience with CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Management tool.
β’ Knowledge of device management technologies β Intune, JAMF.
β’ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in device management and/or device support
β’ Bachelorsβ degree
β’ Strong communication skills, time management skills, ability to be agile and switch between tasks based on importance and priority
β’ Able to work independently or well within a team and able to understand and prioritize work successfully for execution of work
Preferred Qualifications:.
β’ Able to solve complex problems using creative supportable solutions.
β’ Worked on large scale deployment projects in either a lead capacity or high-level contributor.
β’ Able to proactively calculate risks and take a risk-based action approach to solving problems based on information gathered.
β’ Experience with managing security and compliance features, including security baselines, device compliance, limited access, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Protection.
β’ Microsoft, Mac or Security certifications.
