EPPG Planner – John Deere Dubuque Works This is an essential 1+ year contract opportunity paying up to $23/hr. Working within the Experimental Parts Procurement Group (EPPG), you will be at the forefront of innovation, ensuring that the right parts are available for feasibility and durability builds that define the future of construction and forestry equipment. Position Details & Compensation Pay Rate: Up to $23/hr (W2). Location: 100% Onsite in Dubuque, IA (Office Environment). Duration: 1+ Years. Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM). Core Responsibilities Parts Procurement: Coordinate the procurement of experimental parts for feasibility, durability, and experimental shop builds. Queue Management: Manage and resolve part requests through a shared team work queue to ensure zero downtime for experimental operations. Cross-Functional Liaison: Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Management, and the Experimental Shop to verify quantities and ensure timely delivery and receipt of materials. Data & SAP Administration: Create Material Masters, extend views, and perform material movements within SAP to maintain data integrity. Performance Tracking: Utilize Microsoft Excel to monitor order statuses and ensure project timelines are met. Required Skills & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, Data Analytics, or Math). Open to recent graduates or current students able to work 40 hours/week. Technical Mastery: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must be comfortable with VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and conditional formatting). Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse engineering and supply teams. Aptitude: A quick learner who works well in a team-oriented, fast-paced office environment. What Makes You Stand Out Previous experience or internships in a supply chain or manufacturing setting. Familiarity with SAP transactions and material movements. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
