Role description
Your new company Our client is seeking a confident and experienced HR Consultant for a 6-month interim assignment, providing dedicated support to operational teams largely in the Norfolk area. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment and enjoys partnering with managers to resolve complex employee issues, enhance team performance, and support organisational change. This is a predominantly remote role, with weekly site visits guided by business needs. The successful candidate will be required to start as soon as possible Your new role • Provide expert advice on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues • Support managers with absence management, including long-term sickness and occupational health referrals • Assist with organisational change, including restructures and TUPE processes • Coach and empower managers to handle HR matters confidently and compliantly • Analyse HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements • Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and contract mobilisation activities • Maintain effective relationships with trade unions and support consultation processes • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and UK employment legislation What you'll need to succeed • A solid generalist HR background with strong employee relations experience • CIPD qualification or equivalent practical experience • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong customer service orientation Please contact Louisa London, Senior HR Recruiter for East Anglia & Essex for more information.
