Number of Positions: 1 About the Role We are looking for a seasoned ERP Conversion Lead to spearhead a critical data migration initiative as part of our ERP transformation journey. This high-impact role will focus on leading the data conversion from legacy systems including Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2/R3, Hyperion, and other sources into a new Oracle Fusion Cloud environment. You will play a key leadership role, working closely with system integrators, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure a smooth, accurate, and timely data transition with minimal business disruption. Key Responsibilities • Lead Data Conversion: Own and execute the end-to-end data conversion process, including analysis, mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). • Project Management: Collaborate with SI partners and project managers to align deliverables, resources, and schedules with overall program goals. • ETL Oversight: Coordinate with technical teams to implement data extraction and transformation strategies tailored for Oracle Fusion. • Ensure Data Quality: Establish and enforce processes for data validation, integrity checks, and post-migration testing. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business units such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Order Management to ensure data readiness and functional alignment. • Reporting & Communication: Provide consistent updates to senior leadership and stakeholders on progress, risks, and outcomes. • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of data analysts and developers, fostering best practices and high performance. Candidate Profile We are seeking an experienced professional with: • 10+ years of experience in data migration/conversion projects • At least 4 years working specifically with Oracle Fusion Cloud • A strong understanding of Oracle application modules, especially in Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Order Management • Hands-on experience with data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation • Solid project leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Why Join Us?
