At Custom Chemical Formulators (a division of Morgan-Gallacher, Inc.), we manufacture essential cleaning and sanitizing solutions for industries that power the world. We are seeking an innovative, systems-minded ERP Manager to advance our Datacor ERP platform and lead the charge in integrating AI and digital tools across our operations. This is a project-based contract position.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Leadership β Chempax & eChempax
Own end-to-end management of Datacor Chempax and eChempax systems
Maintain BOMs, master files, and ERP database structures (headers/trailers, primary keys)
Administer user access and system security
Perform compact/repair operations and system updates to maintain performance
Lead the ERP Upgrade
Project lead for company-wide upgrade from Chempax VB 6 to Datacor ERP (SQL-based)
Manage project planning, testing, training, data migration, and go-live implementation
Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful rollout
Integrate AI & Drive Digital Innovation
Champion our initiative to leverage AI for production planning, inventory optimization, telemetry, and business insights
Identify and implement automation opportunities within ERP (email alerts, measurable tracking, label/SDS printing)
Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI/ERP innovations with strategic goals
Systems Integration & QT9 eQMS
Ensure seamless integration between Datacor ERP and our QT9 eQMS for quality, maintenance, and non-conformance management
Support and enhance workflows related to SDS access, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions
Reporting & Customization
Create and modify reports and SQL queries to support manufacturing, quality, and inventory functions
Develop custom dashboards and tools to automate KPI reporting and production visibility
Train employees and departments on ERP features and best practices
What You Bring
5+ years of ERP systems experience (preferably Datacor Chempax/eChempax)
Strong command of ERP data structures, relational databases, and report/query development
Successful track record leading ERP upgrades or system migrations
Familiarity with QT9 eQMS, label/SDS automation, and shared file systems
Experience integrating AI, BI, or automation tools into ERP environments
Strong interpersonal, training, and documentation skills
