Job Title: ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise Consultant
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 6-12+ Months Contract
Skills:
• Over 5 years of configuring ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise tools (Map, Dashboard, App Builder, Experience Builder)
• Over 5 years using ArcGIS Pro and publishing services to ArcGIS Enterprise
• Experience with enterprise RDBMS (e.g., Oracle)
• Basic experience with Python and the ArcPy library
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a primary client-facing contact for issue triage, requirements clarification, demonstrations, and post-go-live support; document fixes and workflows.
• Configure, deploy, support, and troubleshoot ArcGIS Enterprise solutions; ensure quality and compliance with internal standards and best practices.
• Lead and witness testing activities (functional, UAT, and release certification), prioritizing stability, performance, and usability.
• Publish and maintain services, maps, and apps; manage environments and promote configurations across tiers.
• Collaborate within Waterfall or Agile teams alongside Project Management, Business Analysts, and Infrastructure to plan releases, manage risks, and meet SLAs.
• Use basic Python/arcpy and SQL when needed to automate routine tasks or streamline configurations.
