We are seeking a skilled Ethereum Blockchain Smart Contract Developer to join our team and help implement smart contract platforms for tokenized real estate and related financial solutions. Responsibilities β€’ Smart Contract Development: β€’ Design, develop, and deploy secure and efficient smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain (Solidity). β€’ Implement token standards such as ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-3643 (security tokens), and upgradeable proxy contracts (UUPS/Transparent). β€’ System Integration: β€’ Work with MTC s architects to integrate blockchain modules into existing enterprise systems. β€’ Connect smart contracts to web applications and investor portals using Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar libraries. β€’ Compliance & Security: β€’ Implement KYC/AML, lockup, and compliance rules into token logic. β€’ Collaborate with auditors to ensure smart contracts meet best practices and pass external security audits. β€’ Testing & Deployment: β€’ Write unit and integration tests (Hardhat/Foundry/Truffle). β€’ Deploy to Ethereum testnets (Sepolia, Goerli) and mainnet or Layer-2 chains (Polygon, Base, Arbitrum). β€’ Documentation & Collaboration: β€’ Maintain technical documentation for deployed smart contracts. β€’ Work with cross-functional teams (legal, compliance, finance, and operations). β€’ Continuous Improvement: β€’ Stay updated on Ethereum ecosystem standards, EIPs, and security patterns. β€’ Recommend improvements and new features for tokenization platforms. Required Skills & Qualifications β€’ Strong proficiency in Solidity and Ethereum smart contract development. β€’ Hands-on experience with OpenZeppelin libraries and upgradeable proxy patterns. β€’ Experience building and deploying contracts with Hardhat, Foundry, or Truffle. β€’ Understanding of blockchain security principles (reentrancy, overflow, delegatecall risks). β€’ Familiarity with ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, and ERC-3643/1400 standards. β€’ Experience with web3 integrations (ethers.js, web3.js) in dApps. β€’ Knowledge of KYC/AML integration and regulatory requirements for security tokens. β€’ Proficiency in Git/GitHub and collaborative development workflows. Preferred Experience β€’ Prior work in real estate tokenization, DeFi, or financial smart contracts. β€’ Knowledge of stablecoins, tokenized assets, and dividend distribution contracts. β€’ Experience working with cloud environments (AWS/Azure) for blockchain node hosting. β€’ Contributions to open-source Ethereum projects or DeFi protocols. Education & Background β€’ Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience). β€’ 3+ years of professional experience in blockchain development.
