(No C2C) Title: ETL Developer Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 days/week onsite) Duration: 12 months (with possible extension) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer with strong expertise in SQL and data transformation to design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines that support business intelligence, reporting, and data integration needs. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in complex SQL query development, data modeling, and optimization within enterprise-scale data environments. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into data warehouses or data marts. • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and performance tuning. • Collaborate with business analysts and data architects to define data requirements and data mapping logic. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL jobs for performance and reliability. • Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across systems. • Develop documentation for ETL workflows, data dictionaries, and system processes. • Work with cross-functional teams to support data integration initiatives and reporting solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience with SQL development and ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Ab Initio, Big-data / Hadoop, SQL) • Proven experience in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning. • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and relational database design. • Experience working with large datasets and optimizing data pipelines for scalability. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
