Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled ETL/Informatica Developer with strong expertise in Informatica and SQL to design, implement, and maintain data integration pipelines in a fully remote role. The ideal candidate will have experience in data warehousing, performance tuning, and working with large datasets from diverse sources. You’ll work closely with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, timely, and reliable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of hands‑on experience in ETL development using Informatica (PowerCenter, Cloud, or equivalent)
• Strong proficiency in SQL: writing and optimizing complex queries, knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Teradata, etc.)
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (schemas, normalization/denormalization, fact/dimension tables, slowly changing dimensions, etc.)
• Experience with performance tuning of ETL and SQL jobs (indexing, partitioning, query plans, batch vs incremental loads)
• Experience with version control (Git or similar)
• Familiarity with Unix / Linux environments and/or shell scripting for automation
• Good communication skills; able to work with remote stakeholders and cross‑team collaboration
