Role description
Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 1+ year of ETL/data engineering experience
• US Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain or hold an MBI Public Trust Clearance (preferred)
Technical Skills
• ETL tools: Informatica
• Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL
• Cloud & Integration: AWS, MuleSoft, Salesforce
• Programming: Familiarity with Java-based applications
• Strong skills in data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and execute ETL pipelines
• Migrate data from legacy Oracle and SQL Server systems into Pega-based applications
• Support cross-platform integrations (MuleSoft, Salesforce, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with PGLD and RIM requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver migration milestones on time
Preferred Experience
• Pega ecosystem exposure
• Federal or regulated environment experience
• Active MBI Clearance is highly desirable
