Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Engineering Technical Lead (ETL) to support Capital Projects in a highly regulated manufacturing environment. This role will lead the design process, ensure engineering compliance, and provide technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead front-end planning (FEL) and engineering design activities Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and standards Manage RFIs, submittals, engineering changes, and design deviations Ensure compliance with engineering standards, EHSS, and Factory Mutual (FM) requirements Provide technical leadership during project execution Act as liaison between vendors, engineering authorities, consultants, and SMEs Support commissioning, qualification, and change control processes Plan and support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) Track design progress against project schedule Manage project documentation (e-Builder preferred) Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred) Experience managing Capital Projects Experience leading engineering design and reviewing technical documents Experience working with contractors and equipment vendors Strong knowledge of change management and engineering documentation Join JC Automation and play a key role in delivering high-impact capital projects that shape the future of engineering excellence.
