ETL & Reporting Developer

Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking an ETL & Reporting Developer in Clearwater, FL. Summary: This is a highly technical position that works closely with the entire data analytics team and data stakeholders to develop and mature Company's enterprise level data warehouse and develop reports and interactive visualizations for decision makers. Key Responsibilities: • Develops and deploys data integration (ELT) jobs to migrate data from filesystems, external systems, data lake, and databases using SQL, Synapse, Python or other solutions • Develop and maintain tables, stored procedures and other data structures in the data warehouse • Create data models and data visualizations using Power BI • Schedule execution of ETL jobs and delivery of automated reports using scheduling tools • Designs and develops reports and dashboards using Power BI • Implement interactive and dynamic visualizations • Make ETL modifications to support data requests in a timely accurate manner • Assist with data governance, quality and measurement through quality assurance testing and documentation • Gather and document report requirements for new and existing reports from business users • Create and maintain static and interactive maps, as the backup, utilizing Company's advanced mapping software • Create documentation for technical and related business processes • Participate and contribute with the Company Data Analytics team and Company Data Committee • Other duties as assigned Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Programming, or other technical or information technology areas or comparable experience with certifications • A minimum of three years of experience working in database integration and development • Experience with creating data visualization with Power BI • Experience working with a Cloud data warehouse platform, preferably Microsoft Azure • Experience with the use of Synapse for ELT processes • Experience with scripting languages (Python, Shell Scripts, etc.) • Experience with code repositories • Proficient in mapping visualizations • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong testing discipline • Strong SQL skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent problem solving/analytical skills • Display a professional attitude and work habits while working in teams and collaborating with others • Ability to write stored procedures and functions for SQL Server • Ability to create and schedule SQL Agent jobs • Ability to create detailed documentation • Ability to effectively interface with technical and nontechnical staff at all organizational levels • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment and learn new content areas or acquire skills quickly when required The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
