ETL/Data Developer

Salary: $40.00 to $45.00 hourly Description We are looking for an experienced ETL/Data Developer to design, develop, and maintain data integration processes that support our data warehouse for a 6-month contract role only. Must be able to work fully onsite. This role requires strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to ensure efficient data transformation and integration from diverse sources. This is a long-term contract opportunity based in Largo, Florida. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain ETL processes to enable seamless data integration and transformation using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). • Collaborate with Database Administrators, Business Analysts, and IT teams to ensure the reliability and performance of data systems. • Design and optimize database objects such as tables, views, and stored procedures to support data warehousing needs. • Build and manage dashboards to provide actionable insights from data. • Integrate and manage data from multiple sources, ensuring consistency and accuracy. • Monitor and troubleshoot ETL workflows to address and resolve issues promptly. • Ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies. • Assist in the development of documentation and best practices for data management processes. Requirements • Proven experience with ETL processes and tools, specifically Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). • Strong knowledge of relational databases and data warehousing concepts. • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including database design and optimization. • Hands-on experience creating and managing dashboards for data visualization. • Familiarity with integrating data from diverse sources into centralized systems. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data processing issues. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Knowledge of data security and compliance best practices.
