Role description
Endur ETRM Lead/Architect Our client is looking for ETRM developers across multiple levels to join its team. If you've spent a couple years with Endur or spent a good chunk of your career working with it, this may be the right role for you. The Role Responsibilities: β€’ Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications for commodity trading workflows. β€’ Integrate and customize OpenLink Endur modules to meet business requirements. β€’ Collaborate with business analysts, traders, and risk managers to understand functional needs. β€’ Develop APIs and services to interface with Endur and other enterprise systems. β€’ Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and reliability. β€’ Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities. β€’ Provide production support and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner. β€’ Document technical specifications and maintain system documentation. Requirements: β€’ 4+ years of experience in Java development. β€’ Strong understanding of commodity trading lifecycle (e.g., deal capture, pricing, risk, settlement). β€’ Hands-on experience with OpenLink Endur, including JVS, AVS, and TPM. β€’ Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and working with relational databases. β€’ Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and Spring Framework. β€’ Familiarity with energy trading, financial instruments, and risk management concepts. β€’ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. β€’ Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred, but not required: β€’ Experience with Endur customization and extension using Java. β€’ Knowledge of ETRM/CTRM systems and integration patterns. β€’ Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools. β€’ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
