Exensio Installation Engineer
Position Summary
The Exensio Installation Engineer is responsible for the deployment, configuration, and integration of the Exensio analytics platform at client sites or within internal infrastructure. This role ensures seamless installation and optimal performance by working closely with customers, project teams, and support staff.
Key Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and maintain the Exensio platform on various operating systems and environments.
• Collaborate with client IT teams to ensure proper system integration and data connectivity.
• Troubleshoot installation and system issues, providing clear documentation and effective solutions.
• Conduct system testing and verification to validate successful deployment.
• Provide technical guidance and support during and after installation.
• Prepare and maintain installation guides, technical documentation, and procedural checklists.
Preferred Skills
• Proven experience in software installation, system integration, or IT engineering roles.
• Experience with Exensio or similar analytics/data platforms.
• Scripting and automation experience (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with databases, networking, and server configurations.

Exensio Developer
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement solutions using the Exensio platform in alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Configure Exensio components, workflows, data models, and business rules as per solution design.
• Integrate Exensio with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, MDM, data warehouses, and external APIs.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines, transformations, and validation logic.
• Develop Dashboards as per the wireframes designed
• Participate in requirement analysis, technical design discussions, and solution reviews.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application, integration, and performance issues.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and data governance policies.
• Prepare technical documentation including design specifications, configuration guides, and deployment notes.

• Design high throughput, low latency data pipelines to handle large scale sensor and test data from manufacturing equipment.
• Ensure architecture supports scalability, resilience, performance, and security in high volume manufacturing environments.
Data Ingestion & Management
• Architect solutions for real time and batch ingestion of sensor, test, and production data.
• Define data models, metadata standards, and data governance practices aligned with manufacturing and quality requirements.
• Ensure data quality, traceability, and consistency across the Exensio ecosystem.
Analytics, Yield & Quality Enablement
• Enable advanced analytics and reporting capabilities to support yield optimization and product quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with analytics, data science, and manufacturing teams to translate business and engineering requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement use cases using Exensio data assets.
Technical Leadership & Governance
