Overview
The Associate Technology Experience (ATX) team is building a new Experience Intelligence capability focused on improving the digital experience of associates across the enterprise.
This role will lead the development of the framework, metrics, and insights that bring together experience signals from multiple sources—including user feedback, ServiceNow data, endpoint telemetry, and operational metrics—to create a unified view of the associate experience.
The ideal candidate is passionate about uncovering trends, identifying what's driving the user experience, and turning complex data into actionable insights that influence product, design, and technology decisions. This is a unique opportunity to build a new capability from the ground up while partnering across UX, Product, Engineering, AI Enablement, and Analytics teams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Build and mature the Experience Intelligence capability, including the framework, processes, and measurement strategy.
• Integrate experience data from multiple sources such as user feedback, ServiceNow, endpoint telemetry, and operational metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends, pain points, leading indicators, and opportunities to improve the associate experience.
• Develop experience dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards that help leadership prioritize investments and improvements.
• Partner with UX, Product, Engineering, AI Enablement, and Analytics teams to turn insights into action.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis and uncover meaningful experience trends.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to leverage Databricks and other platforms for experience analytics.
Required Qualifications
• 5-7+ years of experience in Experience Analytics, Product Analytics, Digital Employee Experience (DEX), UX Research, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience integrating multiple data sources to generate actionable business insights.
• Experience with dashboard development and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Grafana, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Databricks, ServiceNow, and digital experience monitoring or telemetry tools (such as Nexthink).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted analysis tools such as Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience building or maturing an Experience Intelligence or Digital Employee Experience capability.
• Background supporting UX, Product, or Human-Centered Design organizations.
• Experience with sentiment analysis, experience measurement, or Voice of the Employee/Customer programs.
• Experience working within large enterprise environments, preferably healthcare.
Ideal Candidate Profile
This role is ideal for someone who has led Digital Employee Experience, Experience Analytics, Product Analytics, UX Insights, or Experience Intelligence initiatives in a large enterprise. They're naturally curious, thrive in ambiguity, and enjoy connecting disparate data sources to tell a meaningful story. Rather than building data pipelines, they define what should be measured, why it matters, and how insights should drive action.
They are comfortable partnering across UX, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams and have a passion for improving technology experiences through evidence-based decision-making.
