Expert Business Analyst – Medicaid Managed Care Compliance (Fully Remote) 2 Years Contract Our client is seeking an Expert Business Analyst to lead the implementation and ongoing support of a Contract Compliance Tracking System for Medicaid Managed Care. This fully remote role supports state and federal oversight requirements by driving system design, stakeholder engagement, testing, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities • Lead business analysis for the design and support of the compliance tracking system • Gather requirements, map processes, and document business rules • Perform data validation, develop test cases, and support UAT • Collaborate with internal teams, end users, and MCOs • Manage dashboards, reporting, and production issue resolution • Identify improvements to compliance tracking and workflows Required Experience • 5+ years as a Business Analyst, including 3+ in Medicaid Managed Care or government health programs • Deep understanding of MCO compliance and CFR 42 regulations • Strong skills in requirements gathering, testing, and documentation • Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, Power BI/Tableau • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred • Experience with Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) • Familiarity with CMS reporting and audit readiness • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Policy, or related field • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
