Facets Analyst

Job Description: Job Title: Facets Analyst Location: Remote ( client is based out at Portland, OR) Duration : - Long Term We are seeking an experienced Facets Analyst with strong skills in TriZetto Facets, API integrations, and SQL to support our client. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical understanding of the Facets platform and experience working with APIs for system integration and data exchange. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze, configure, and support TriZetto Facets modules to meet business and technical requirements. • Design and implement API integrations between Facets and other enterprise systems. • Perform data analysis, SQL queries, and reporting to support operations and analytics. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to define system enhancements and resolve issues. • Support system upgrades, testing, and production deployments. • Document configurations, data mappings, and workflows. Required Skills & Experience: • 6+ years of experience as a Facets Analyst in a healthcare or payer environment. • Hands-on experience with TriZetto Facets modules such as Claims, Membership, Billing, or Provider. • Strong knowledge of SQL (queries, stored procedures, data analysis). • Experience working with APIs (REST/SOAP) for system integration. • Solid understanding of healthcare domain concepts — claims, eligibility, benefits, and provider management. • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with Azure, ETL tools, or data warehousing concepts. • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
