FICO Blaze Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced FICO Blaze Senior Developer with hands-on expertise in FICO Blaze Advisor (RMA development), API integration, and web technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, architecting, and developing complex decisioning and rule-based systems, preferably within the healthcare domain. This role requires the ability to collaborate across teams, lead technical discussions, and ensure seamless integration of business rules into enterprise applications using SOAP/REST APIs and modern web technologies. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain business rules using FICO Blaze Advisor with RMA development tools. • Architect and implement complex rulesets and decision structures, ensuring scalability and maintainability. • Integrate Blaze rules with enterprise applications using SOAP/REST APIs. • Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions. • Leverage web technologies such as HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, and Java for application integration and UI support. • Develop multiple solution options for business needs, applying creative and analytical problem-solving. • Lead and mentor a team of rules developers, managing task allocation, progress tracking, and code reviews across multiple projects. • Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables. • Conduct performance management, rapid prototyping, and requirements definition activities.
