Figma Designer (UI/UX) – Rx2Go

OverviewRx2Go is seeking a talented Figma Designer (UI/UX) to join our innovative product development team. This role involves creating engaging, user-centered designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless user experiences across platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital design, interaction design, and front-end development principles, with proficiency in Figma and related tools. As part of our dynamic team, you will contribute to the development of e-commerce solutions and mobile applications within an Agile environment, supporting the entire SDLC process from requirements gathering to user acceptance testing. Responsibilities Design intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX for web and mobile applications using Figma, Adobe XD, and other design tools Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups that effectively communicate design concepts Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine user flows and interaction patterns Create responsive web designs that adhere to accessibility standards and best practices in web accessibility Develop information architecture and layout designs that enhance user experience and engagement Utilize data visualization techniques to present complex information clearly and effectively Support front-end development teams by providing detailed design specifications, style guides, and assets Apply design thinking methodologies to solve user problems creatively and efficiently Participate in A/B testing initiatives to optimize UI/UX performance based on analytics data from tools like Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics Skills Expertise in Figma with a strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design work for web and mobile platforms Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe XD, Axure, Balsamiq, Zeplin, Visio, OmniGraffle, and other relevant design tools Solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, React Express, Angular, Bootstrap, SCSS/Less (style sheet languages), RESTful APIs, WordPress, Drupal, SharePoint, AWS cloud services Experience designing for responsive web design and mobile devices; familiarity with motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or Adobe Animate is a plus Knowledge of usability principles, information architecture, interaction design patterns, layout design, visual design principles, and web accessibility standards Strong analysis skills with experience in requirements gathering, user research methodologies such as surveys (Qualtrics), user flows creation (Visio), data analysis (SQL), and analytics tools (Google Analytics 360) Familiarity with Agile development processes; experience working within SDLC frameworks; proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders This position is ideal for creative professionals passionate about designing impactful digital experiences.
