Role Description This is a contract role for a Finance Contractor, based on-site in India, MS. The Finance Contractor will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Duties include tracking budgets, analyzing financial data, managing invoices, reconciling accounts, and supporting the finance team in decision-making processes. The role also involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with organizational goals. Qualifications • Expertise in Financial Analysis, Budget Management, and Forecasting • Proficiency in Accounting Software, Ledger Reconciliation, and Financial Reporting • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills • Knowledge of compliance regulations and tax policies • Proven ability to work independently while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines • Experience with financial modeling and data-driven financial strategy • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (a Master’s degree or CPA certification is a plus) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus
