Finance Lead Irvine, CA (Hybrid) 12-Month Contract Job ID 25-09759 Solugenix is assisting a client, a prestigious and large investment management company, in their search for a Finance Lead. This is a 12-month contract opportunity based out of Irvine, CA (Hybrid). As a Finance Lead, you will lead and participate in efforts that support enterprise-wide governance, planning, and reporting. Additionally, you will support strategic initiatives that provide insight and deep financial analysis to our business partners, driving cross-functional business strategy. You will proactively analyze a wide range of business outcomes and financial trends to guide strategic business decisions and act as a key finance partner for ongoing financial management across the client. Qualifications: • At least 7 years of experience, but the range would be 7-10 years. • To thrive in this role, you have worked in data analytics, strategic finance, corporate finance, consulting, or investment banking, and you have a proven track record of synthesizing findings to draw conclusions and provide recommendations. • You are comfortable sourcing and modeling data to develop complex financial analysis to solve pressing business problems. • You are a problem solver who frames and executes approaches to address varied business questions. • You have led and/or participated in cross-functional projects and are familiar with project life cycles as well as initiating and maturing dedicated relationships as the 'go-to' finance partner. • You have enlisted the support of others, sourced and built data models and communicated results with senior leaders. You have experience leveraging data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau to communicate business results. • You have learned how to build strong relationships with leadership and work ahead to proactively identify the answers they would want to know before making a final decision. • You enjoy working in a team environment where critical thinking and collaboration are the keys to developing best practices, nourishing associate engagement, and protecting our inclusive environment. • You have an interest in financial markets and a passion for the investment management industry. Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $106/hour to $106/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
