One of CEI's largest Financial Services clients is seeking a Finance Business Analyst II to join their growing organization! Client/Industry: Financial Services Job Title: Finance Business Analyst II Location: Hybrid - 3 Days On-Site / 2 Days Remote | Jersey City, NJ 07310 Work Schedule/Shift: Mon-Fri 8:00am – 5:00pm (EST) | Minimum 40 work hours per week. Duration/Length of Assignment: 10 Month Contract to Hire β€’ Must be able to convert to a full-time employee without sponsorship, restrictions, or an additional employer β€’ β€’ W2 Employment Only – No Corp to Corp / C2C arrangements. β€’ Expected potential for contract extension(s) and/or conversion to Full-Time/Permanent Employment. β€’ Optional benefits available during contract (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k) Position Overview: This position supports the Internal Contract Management function within the Third Party Management Department, which governs intra-group contracts across the North American region. The team ensures compliance, transparency, and oversight of internal service agreements, while maintaining alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. The group collaborates with stakeholders across legal, finance, compliance, and operations, and functions within a structured, process-driven environment. The team size is mid-level, reporting into regional leadership and working in coordination with international offices to establish consistent practices. The individual selected for this role will be responsible for supporting the Third Party Management Program by facilitating the end-to-end contract lifecycle for intra-group affiliates. They will manage documentation, oversee risk assessments, coordinate reviews with subject matter experts, and maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes. This role requires close collaboration with business sponsors, the ability to navigate regulatory expectations, and responsibility for ensuring clarity and accuracy in all agreements and reporting deliverables. Required Skills/Experience/Qualifications: β€’ Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field β€’ 3+ years of professional experience in a major corporation β€’ Experience handling third-party contracts and intra-group relationships β€’ Ability to evaluate vendor services, perform due diligence, and identify risks with appropriate responses β€’ Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities β€’ Initiative, autonomy, and self-motivation with a strong work ethic β€’ Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and business owners β€’ Effective verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading and editorial review β€’ Analytical skills with experience working across multiple databases β€’ Experience in multicultural environments β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Project β€’ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion β€’ Problem-solving and analytical mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and growth Preferred Skills (Not Required): β€’ Prior experience in the financial services industry β€’ Background in project management, process improvement, and performance reporting β€’ Familiarity with regulatory remediation efforts and compliance frameworks Day to Day/Responsibilities: β€’ Support the Third Party Management Program by contributing to framework development, compliance alignment, and implementation of industry best practices β€’ Oversee and execute risk assessment and due diligence processes for intra-group affiliates to ensure transparency and regulatory compliance β€’ Document services exchanged between entities, ensuring completeness of required sections within compliant templates and maintaining audit-ready records β€’ Collaborate with business owners to capture and clarify service requirements for new or updated agreements β€’ Liaise with subject matter experts across Legal, Finance, Tax, Compliance, and the Third Party Management Office to ensure contracts reflect accurate business and regulatory needs β€’ Facilitate and manage the editorial, review, and proofreading process to confirm that agreements are clearly written and understood by all stakeholders β€’ Monitor, review, and update team controls, and perform reconciliations to maintain accurate oversight β€’ Maintain electronic workflows for both new and revised internal contracts, assembling materials for approval and managing final signature processes β€’ Update and track changes within the IC Log to ensure version control and audit trail accuracy β€’ Coordinate with international regions to align practices and establish process consistency across geographies β€’ Support regulatory remediation initiatives by preparing reports and responding to internal audit and regulatory exam requests β€’ Develop and deliver ad hoc reports and PowerPoint presentations for senior management and stakeholder communication
