Financial Business Analyst

Job Title: Compliance Business Analyst Location: Juno Beach FL 33408 Duration: 12+ months (Possibility of extension) Pay range :$30-$35 Job Description: • The client is seeking a Compliance Business Analyst to support Start of Construction and Domestic Content tax compliance for large-scale energy and construction projects. • This role is critical to ensuring the organization secures federal tax incentives, maximizes project financial value, and maintains audit-ready compliance documentation. • The ideal candidate combines strong technical data skills with deep knowledge of federal compliance regulations and can translate complex regulatory and financial data into actionable insights for leadership. Key attributes the client is looking for include: • Advanced data analysis and visualization expertise, including Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, Python, and advanced Excel • Ability to build dashboards and automated reporting that track compliance metrics, financial impacts (IRR, NPV), and audit readiness • Hands-on experience interpreting and applying federal regulations (IRA, Domestic Content, Start of Construction requirements) • Proven capability to develop and manage audit-ready documentation, certifications, and compliance frameworks • Experience partnering with engineering, procurement, legal, finance, and construction teams • Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to summarize compliance status and financial implications clearly • A continuous improvement mindset, identifying process gaps and recommending efficiency and risk-reduction enhancements Qualifications • Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred. • 5+ years in business analysis, compliance, or project management in energy/construction. • Expertise in federal domestic content regulations and renewable energy finance. • Strong data analysis, reporting, and executive communication skills. • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and complex workflows.
