Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Financial Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Financial Business Analyst, you will be an integral part of the finance department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Financial Business Analyst Location: Charlotte, North Carolina Pay Range:$65.06 What's the Job? • Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. • Create and support dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau to communicate insights effectively. • Gather and document business requirements to enhance financial reporting and analytics workflows. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that optimize financial processes. • Support forecasting, budgeting, and risk analysis activities to inform strategic decision-making. What's Needed? • 3–7 years of experience as a Financial Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar role. • Strong foundation in financial concepts such as forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and reporting. • Proven expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and business process analysis. • Experience building or supporting dashboards and data visualizations (Tableau, Power BI, etc.). • Proficient in Excel, including advanced functions used in financial analysis.
