12-Month Contract (Extension or Conversion Possible)
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM ET
Interview Process: 1 round (30 minutes)
Overview
Join a Wholesale Operations team supporting large-scale commercial banking activities. This role focuses on post-transaction operational support, ensuring data accuracy, portfolio integrity, and ongoing servicing updates across complex financial products. This is a project-driven position helping bridge a gap between manual processes and partial automation.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform data analysis and operational support within a structured banking environment
• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Execute servicing updates, modifications, and data adjustments across portfolios
• Support ongoing operational processes tied to large, complex financial transactions
• Identify discrepancies and resolve data issues with a high level of precision
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency
• Contribute to process improvement efforts, particularly in partially automated environments
Required Qualifications
• 5–10 years of professional experience (mid-level; not entry-level)
• Background in banking or financial services (any functional area)
• Experience in data analysis, financial analysis, or high-volume data processing
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Word
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven, structured environment
• Strong written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Loan IQ or similar financial systems
• Exposure to wholesale or commercial banking environments
• Background in operations, portfolio support, or financial account servicing
• Experience in financial or data analyst roles within banking
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Hands-on banking professional with broad exposure to financial operations, data handling, and client/account support
• Experience in small or regional banking environments or operationally focused financial roles
• Comfortable working across data, documentation, and servicing functions
