Financial Data Analyst | $34/hr Remote

Position: QBO & Omni Expert Type: Contractor / Hourly Compensation: $45/hr Location: Remote (US only) Commitment: 8 weeks, 40 hours/week with minimum 4 hours overlap with PST Role Responsibilities • Provide omnichannel chat support to SMB (small and medium-sized business) owners. • Answer general help questions and complex, data-heavy accounting queries. • Support bookkeeping and financial guidance using QuickBooks Online (QBO). • Analyze and interpret financial data to provide accurate and actionable responses. • Complete PPT-based or structured tasks as assigned. • Maintain high standards of data privacy, compliance, and client confidentiality Requirements • Active user of QuickBooks Online (QBO). • Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping. • Prior experience providing omnichannel chat support. • Strong understanding of financial concepts and data analysis. • Ability to handle complex, data-driven accounting questions. • Experience working with SMB clients is preferred. • Ability to commit 40 hours/week with at least 4 hours PST overlap. Good-to-Have Skills • Prior experience as an SMB business owner with hands-on accounting knowledge. • Previous engagement as an expert in finance/accounting domain. • Comfortable managing high-volume, data-heavy queries. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
