Step into a high-impact role where you bridge the gap between IT Product Construction data and executive decision-making. We are looking for an Excel power user and financial mastermind to manage million-dollar IT portfolios using advanced data visualization and strategic financial modeling. The Role • Track, monitor, and report on the financial performance of IT Product Construction projects, acting as the primary bridge between raw project data and executive leadership insights. • Build and maintain sophisticated dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to communicate burn rates, spend curves, and KPI performance. • Manage complex internal labor budgets and financial forecasting in collaboration with Project Managers, ensuring strict adherence to capital and expense accounting rules. • Support the PMO by identifying financial risks and resource bottlenecks, recommending corrective actions to maintain strategic alignment across the portfolio. • Optimize data collection processes by troubleshooting issues within project management tools like Jira and Microsoft Project to ensure 100% data integrity. What You'll Need • 5+ years of experience in Financial Management, specifically focused on budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities. • Expert-level MS Excel skills (5+ years) with mastery of Power Pivot, VLOOKUPs, nesting formulas, and complex data modeling. • 5+ years of Data Analysis experience within a PMO or project-heavy environment, utilizing tools like SQL, Power BI, or Tableau. • Proven track record (3+ years) of creating high-level PowerPoint presentations and delivering financial insights to executive-level stakeholders. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or Information Systems; experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies is highly preferred.
