Location: Painted Post, NY | ONSITE JOB
Duration: 3 Months (Possible extension)
Pay: $46.67 Hourly
Hours of Work / Work Schedule / Flextime:
β’ 08:00 AMβ 05:00 PM with extended workdays/weekends required occasionally depending on project phase and status.
Job Description:
Summary:
β’ As a Project Analyst within clientβs Shared Services, you will participate on the OneStream Implementation project.
β’ You may need to participate in multiple smaller projects depending on project portfolio and business needs.
β’ The OneStream project Data Reconciliation phase will likely be a 2β3x month time commitment.
β’ Additional opportunities to support the project or others will be considered.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
β’ OneStream Data Reconciliation and Validation
β’ Performs data reconciliation between multiple systems (SAP PeopleSoft, Central Finance).
β’ Reconciliations are performed at the account, entity, product, and department level in both functional currency and USD.
β’ Reconciliations are performed in MS Excel and PDF views, and all work is documented and catalogued in SharePoint online.
On-Site Work:
β’ Expect to work on site at least 50β75% of the time with the other core team members.
Required Education and Experience:
β’ A minimum of a bachelorβs degree. 3 or more years of experience working on Finance or Shared Service projects.
Required Skills:
β’ Highly proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and/or Project. Strong Excel skills are required.
β’ Strong accounting background.
β’ Capacity to work well under pressure with ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
β’ Customer focused.
β’ Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented.
β’ Functional Finance system knowledge of SAP and/or PeopleSoft.
β’ Demonstrates initiative and effectively manages self through a fast-paced environment.
β’ Problem Solving, Analytical Skills, Exceptional Follow Through.
Desired Skills:
β’ Deep understanding of Shared Service process from work in deployment or integration projects.
β’ Exposure to recommending process improvements and escalating potential risk exposures.
β’ Familiarity with clientβs standards, processes, and tools.
β’ Understanding of Shared Services Operations & clientβs Functional processes (Finance, HR, Procurement, etc.).
