Financial Planning Analyst

Title: Adaptive Solutions & Data Analyst Location : Draper, Utah - 100% onsite role. No remote option Target Start Date : ASAP Type: Contract to Hire or Direct Hire Pay Rate : $55.00-60.00 hourly and up to 125k salary Overview We're seeking an Adaptive Solutions & Data Analyst to design, build, and support Adaptive Planning (EPM) models that drive enterprise planning, forecasting, and execution. This role focuses on solution design, performance, and scalability, partnering closely with business and IT teams across Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, HR, and RGM. Responsibilities • Design and support Adaptive Planning model architecture • Optimize models for performance, scalability, and maintainability • Participate in UAT testing and production deployments • Maintain and enhance high-performing Adaptive models • Partner with users to gather feedback and refine solutions • Develop and maintain model and solution documentation • Identify and recommend improvements based on industry best practices • Support planning processes across Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, HR, and RGM • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (franchise partners/bottlers) Requirements • 2+ years of Adaptive Planning (or similar EPM) model development • 2+ years of experience with one or more: • Oracle Hyperion (HFM, Planning) • Oracle Cloud EPM • SAP BPC, IBP, BI-IP, SAC, Callidus • Strong understanding of: • Data architecture and system integrations • Planning, forecasting, and execution processes • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros); Access a plus • Experience with system implementations (requirements, design, build/test, deploy) • Agile experience preferred Skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Strategic and conceptual thinker • Ability to balance technical design with business needs
