Role description
We are hiring for Data / Reporting - Business Analyst
Location :Southampton
• Map end-to-end customer and product journeys to provide the essential business context for all reporting products and KPI definitions.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications for Data Modelers, ensuring the underlying data structures are built to support long-term reporting needs
• Lead the wireframing and prototyping of interactive dashboards to validate layout, filters, and user experience before any technical build
• Knowledge of how reporting must align with regulatory requirements such as Consumer Duty, MiFID II, or ESG disclosures, ensuring data products remain compliant
• Preferred expertise in defining metrics specific to Wealth Management, such as Assets Under Management (AUM), Gross/Net Flows, Yields, and Advisor Productivity
• Domain knowledge in Wealth Management and Financial Services landscape
