Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst in Boston, MA. Responsibilities: • Financial Reporting Analyst will assist with monthly financial planning and forecasting activities • Maintain and update dashboards and tools for budget tracking • Support the review and reconciliation of financial transactions • Prepare journal entries and assist with internal fund transfer documentation • Collaborate with team leads to monitor discretionary spending and ensure budget compliance • Track financial commitments as needed • Provide support for data entry, reporting, and data quality efforts across financial systems (e.g., ERP platforms, spreadsheets, BI tools) • As a Financial Reporting Analyst, you will help compile materials for financial presentations and reviews • Offer backup support for invoice processing workflows • Contribute to ad hoc financial analysis and reporting projects Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field • 3+ years of relevant experience preferred (experience in complex or regulated environments is a plus) • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, charts) • Familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., ERP systems, BI platforms) • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
