Role description
Location: Austin, TX Schedule: Day Shift Contract Length: 18 Months Pay Rate: $32–$38/hr (based on experience) About the Role: Join a global leader in semiconductor manufacturing equipment as a Financial Reporting Analyst. In this role, you’ll support vendor master data initiatives, SAP integration, and financial reporting projects that impact global finance and procurement operations. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and consolidate global vendor master data for financial reporting.
Lead cross-functional vendor data projects and process improvements.
Analyze data and draft reports for internal teams and stakeholders.
Conduct quarterly vendor performance meetings and present findings.
Support SAP ECC/MDG integrations and enhancements.
Ensure SOX compliance and assist with tax reporting (1099/1042).
Collaborate on M&A, automation, and transformation initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years in finance, accounting, audit, or data analysis.
Experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable.
Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, SAP ECC/MDG, and RPA tools.
Tableau and vendor master maintenance experience preferred.
Strong project management and communication skills.
