- Serve as a data steward, ensuring compliance with data management policies and practices.
- Oversee data quality initiatives and implement strategies to enhance data accuracy.
- Manage metadata to facilitate data usage and reporting across the organization.
- Communicate effectively with leadership to relay progress, challenges, and insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in database administration or data management, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot; knowledge of Informatica is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, computer science, information technology, data management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in overseeing data quality.
