Fircosoft Developer

We are looking for an experienced FircoSoft Developer to join our FinCrime team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining applications while supporting key transformation initiatives in the banking compliance space. Role: Fircosoft Developer Duration: 6 Months Contract Location: Onsite – Phoenix, AZ / Raleigh, NC / Remote Experience: 6–8 Years Key Responsibilities • Work on analysis, design, and development of Fircosoft projects • Hands-on experience with Firco Continuity or Firco Trust • Deploy Firco utilities such as FFM, FML, and DR • Develop FML and DR rules in Firco • Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts • Write SQL queries and PL/SQL code (views, procedures, triggers, cursors) • Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize system resources • Contribute to architecture and design frameworks • Work with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools • Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes • Support Fircosoft version upgrades Required Skills • Advanced Java concepts • Unix and Shell scripting • SQL / PL-SQL • Banking / FinCrime / AML domain knowledge Qualifications • BE / MCA / MSc IT or equivalent • 5+ years of relevant experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment If you are interested or know someone who might be a good fit, feel free to apply or share your resume via DM.
